Behind the scenes, the meticulous planning and coordination were the work of the talented Benerice from Oh So Beautiful Events. Every detail, from the intricate lace of the gown to the cityscape’s silhouette at dusk, was meticulously curated to weave a narrative of modern romance.

The result? A visual symphony capturing the essence of love, sophistication, and urban charm. Our goal was to transform the streets of Manhattan into a runway of dreams, showcasing the fusion of timeless bridal elegance with the contemporary heartbeat of the city.

In the heart of winter’s chill, photographer George Liopetas skillfully blended the timeless charm of analog cameras with the precision of digital technology. This unique collaboration unfolded against the backdrop of a December day, where the temperature hovered around a crisp minus 5 degrees Celsius.

The enchanting ballet dancer and model, Minami Ando, braved the cold with grace, each movement telling a story of elegance and poise. Under the deft hands of makeup artist Kento Utsubo, not only the mastermind behind the captivating makeup but also the creator of the enchanting outfit, the vision came to life amidst the winter frost.

The result? A visual symphony where dance, fashion, and photography harmonized, each frame capturing a moment of beauty frozen in time.

Travelling to the Amalfi Coast

This year, I travelled in a lot of amazing places, during the latest wedding season and not only. So many beautiful weddings and international photography projects made me travel so much the last 8 months, thing that I really enjoyed. The Greek islands, Italy, Paris and Barcelona were only some of this year’s destinations. What surely amazed me the most though, was – drumroll – the Amalfi Coast.

Celebrated worldwide for its Mediterranean landscape and natural diversity, the Coast really caught our breaths! Having been an attraction to all the worldwide upper-class community for many years, last August I travelled in Italy for an amazing destination wedding and guess what, I could not leave Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Salerno ‘unvisited’.

Beginning the Amalfi Coast roadtrip from Salerno

A quick stroll in Salerno’s medieval sector will totally convince you that this city will be an amazing experience. Not the classy figure of the ‘typical Amalfi coast’ scenery you have in mind, but still such a treasury!

Salerno is the biggest and most populated city around the coast. We made sure to visit the famous Duomo, which was really captivating (when in Italy, be sure to visit the city’s Duomo – all you may need to see will be a quick stroll away), and many other places such as ‘Giardino della Minerva’ and ‘Forte la Carnale’.

What I will definitely never forget was the city’s port and all the beautiful seafront night walks we had.

Focusing on the emotion of travelling

From my experience, travelling makes you a better person and I can also say it makes me feel ‘alive’. It teaches you how to love every moment and appreciate everything you have achieved. Meeting people of different cultures make you more patient and kind. And last but not least, travelling and discovering all this undiscovered treasury, the treasury of the ‘unknown’, will totally render you the most fulfilling feeling.

Milos Island Photographer

Welcome to my blog post dedicated to the beautiful island of Milos. Located at the heart of the Aegean Sea and being one of my favorite Cyclades Islands, Milos and its abundant Cycladic architecture will make sure to steal your heart.

Why visiting Milos island is a must

Cyclades Islands and especially Milos, are one of Greece’s top destinations. Me and my brother, Konstantinos Liopetas, a very talented cinematographer and director, visited Milos Island last summer for the first time. We shot the branding session of the ‘rib boat tours’ company ‘Salty Rides’.

I know that weddings and portraiture are some genres I like mostly to show, but branding shoots for companies and fashion are my secret obsessions.

Anyway, our tip schedule was separated in three days.

The first day was a free-of-duty days. The owners, Manolis and Athina, decided to make a beautiful Milos island walking and boat tour for us.

The island has so many beautiful places to see. And when I say so many, I mean countless, like most of the Cyclades Islands. Some of the best places we visited were Poliegos and Kimolos islands near Milos. The Syrmata villages of Milos were so cool to see and learn the history behind them. The capital of the traditional Cycladic architecture, Plaka village was one of the best sights and had ‘the best sunset in the world’.

10 things to do in Milos Island

Milos Island is famous for a lot of reasons. In this paragraph, I will share with you some of greatest memories and what makes me saying such good things about the island.

First of all, Milos Island and especially Plaka village have maintained the traditional Cycladic architecture in an unbelievable way. The famous aesthetics of Cyclades, including the old white houses with the blue doors and windows, are so inspiring. Also, the traditional food of Milos has been preserved so well. I still cannot forget the so yummy ‘peltedofeta’ slices, the traditional snack that Milos’ mums have been feeding their kids with. What took my breath away was the beautiful sunset fro Plaka village and more specific the sunset view from ‘Panagia Korphiatissa’ church.

What made me finalise my decision that Milos id one of the most exotic destinations you can visit in Greece were two amazing places. The first was Fyriplaka Beach, an amazing sandy beach with houses built inside the mountains. A real ‘heaven on earth’. And having visited Fyriplaka, I was thinking ‘Ok… I visited the best thing I could see in Milos’. So the next day we visited Sarakiniko. What can anyone say about Sarakiniko. I will try to describe. Sarakiniko beach was something out of earth, it was like walking on the moon. What we lived there, was an amazing lunar experience, which was created by waves driven by north winds that snapped the greyish-white volcanic rock into amazing shapes that made the area be referred as a real ‘moonscape’ on earth.

Mykonos island from my Heart’s point of view

As I really love Greece and all its perspectives, I can only say that Mykonos is such a beautiful island. This blog post could be full of wedding portraits, created at the island of Mykonos. Instead, I preferred to visualise my love for Mykonos in some images I created during my latest visit.

Born and raised in Western Greece, from a very early age, my love for the sea and the seek for the island vibe could not be hidden. Since I was a young man, I remember myself loving to explore all the Greek beauty, including some of the Greek islands.

After many years of travelling for destination weddings and personal travels, I can only say that I feel so happy I was born and raised in such a cool place I can call ‘HOME’. And having been privileged to sail in all those Greek islands, all I can say is
